Run a quality improvement project on Life QI: Life QI is a collaboration platform for providers actively working on quality improvement initiatives. It enables teams to run QI projects and provides the means to report on QI activity. QI communities can be set up by Network, CCG or STP in order to share progress and ideas. 

Register and manage your project, plan and track your PDSA cycles, measure your data and automatically generate run and control charts. . Life QI is provided free to NHS organisations through UCLPartners and the Academic Health Science Networks. Package and share your learning: Royal College of GPs (RCGP) ​QI Ready - Help to support GPs and practice staff to undertake QI activities in practices. The site contains case study templates which can even be used for submission for self-accreditation.

Find out more about quality improvement

The NHS Scotland Quality Improvement Hub is an online resource containing detailed information on quality and includes tools and guides to support change in line with IHI best practice.

The Royal College of GPs (RCGP) produce a Guide to Quality Improvement that promotes the Model for Improvement.

The Health Foundation’s Quality Improvement Made Simple Guidebook sites the Model for Improvement as a best practice example for quality improvement 

ELFT have a comprehensive suite of tools and examples for use in QI projects.
