In case you’re not all aware, there has been a new process brought in for GP practices to get their bank details changed on the SBS system for payment.
GP practices will need to contact Primary Care Support England (PCSE) directly if you want to change your bank account details.
It is the responsibility of practices to contact PCSE direct, using the above links, for any associated changes. The CCGs and the CSU now have no involvement in this process.
Practices will need to contact PCSE direct with any associated queries by calling the Customer Support Centre on 0333 014 2884. The Customer Support Centre is open from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, for all services.
