The National Diabetes Prevention Programme (NDPP) has launched in Havering and Redbridge and now been rolled out across Barking and Dagenham.
Delivered by ICS Health and Wellbeing, the NDPP is designed to get pre-diabetic patients fit and healthy, therefore minimising the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
This programme has several different educational elements, giving patients skills and knowledge on topics such as nutrition, low-impact exercise and mindfulness.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Natalie Ritrovato, NDPP Programme Co-Ordinator for Barking and Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge.
