Key aims of the session:
- Identify how the BHR Health and Care Academy's 2021-2023 plans aims to develop strong, collaborative partnerships which collectively drive improved career development opportunities for local people through 'grow our own' principles

- Demonstrate how strengthened data management systems will drive improved recruitment outcomes and future-proof workforce supply chains

- Demonstrate the added value of the BHR Health and Care Academy across our local partnership and share our collaborative approach to implement:
- Delivery plans that aim to 'grow our own' workforce expertise - systemwide
- Improved recruitment and retention workforce planning capabilities: Launching the BHR Academy: Data Management Dashboard
- Increase workforce capacity through aligned virtual/F2F education and training development
- National and local workforce strategies to increase primary and social care workforce capacity
- Horizon scanning - National NHSE/HEE ambitions to achieve 'one workforce'
