Quality Improvement

What is Quality Improvement?

Quality improvement helps us to understand what we are doing well and where we can change.

Quality improvement is a commitment to continuously improving the quality of our clinical outcomes, our staff satisfaction, our patients’ experiences and the efficiency of our practice activity.

QI is evidence based and is designed to save you time and help you improve your practices, processes and make better use of resources.

The ELHCP Primary Care Team are working with your CCG to support development of quality improvement capability.
